Dynamo II

The mandate was to create a stimulating environment and to diversify the work space, by eliminating barriers between employer and employees as well as offering a variety of work experiences, adapting to different personalities.
To break down certain barriers the workstations are identical, regardless of the employee's title at the company. Seemingly, while the conference rooms can be used as a private space, the glass walls allow for a degree of transparency into the meetings.
Starting from a completely raw and bare space, the conceptual strategy revolves around offering employees of the office a variety of common areas, semi-private and private spaces that encourage interaction and communication.
The minimalistic approach creates a backdrop and a canvas which gives free rein to the imagination and creativity of the office's employees on a daily basis.
